General Orders

a.       Review and discussion of proposed 2014-15 fiscal operating budget

Residents provided budget input through listening sessions, emails and other sources. The budget proposal was put together taking resident input into account. City Manager Dan Galloway explained each fund has a different budget, and the General and Stillwater Utilities Authority are the primary operating funds. He also said the city has exceeded the proposed revenue adopted for 2014. The total proposed budgeted expenditures for the General and SUA fiscal year 2015 is approximately $110 million.
