Hearings.
- Public Hearing A concerned the proposed 2012-13 budget. There was one request to speak and it was approved 5-0.
- Public Hearing B was presented by Development Services Director Paula Dennison. She explained the proposed Corridor Redevelopment Plan for are south and east of the OSU Campus and north of 6th Ave. The plan is a vision for how the area could be developed and codes and zoning provide the day-to-day guidance in how things are developed. Mayor John Bartley and Vice Mayor Chuck Hopkins both complimented the staff and the community committee that worked on this plan.This was approved 5-0.
General Orders.
- Approved a land swap with Stillwater Public Schools. This included park land surrounding Will Rogers School and Hamilton Field.

Reports from Officers & Boards
- City Manager Dan Galloway explained that the City had installed new audio/visual equipment and we were still working on some of the details.
- Mayor Bartley thanked the League of Women Voters for inviting him to the state meeting that was held in Stillwater.
- He also told people about the Stillwater Public Library's Summer Reading Program and family programs that will be held on the OSU campus on Thursday's this summer.
Council meeting was recessed for the Stillwater Public Works Authority Meeting.
Trustee Cody Scott asked David Higgins, director for Waste Management and Fleet, to explain about the Fleet facility updates. Higgins explained that the facility has a loft that was used for storage. They are doing some updates that better uses the square footage--adding office and training area.

Higgins provided an updated on the curbside single-stream recycling pilot program. The trustees approved the recycling service contract with Cedar Creek Farms and authorized Waste Management to purchase polycarts.
