        Council approved 5-0.

c.       Receive public comment regarding a request for a Map Amendment for property at 6^th Avenue and Kings Avenue from the RSS, Residential Small-lot Single-family district to the O, Office district  (CC-15-122) (See staff memo to postpone to November 16, 2015)

        Council approved 5-0 to postpone any action on item c until November 16.

MOTION BY COUNCILOR NAJERA, SECOND BY VICE MAYOR DARLINGTON TO ACCEPT THE RESIGNATION OF CITY MANAGER DAN GALLOWAY EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 1, 2015; AUTHORIZE THE PAYMENT OF COMPENSATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH MR. GALLOWAY’S EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 23, 2015, AND EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2015; AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO EFFECT SAID SEPARATION FROM EMPLOYMENT.
