a.      ORDINANCE NO. 3326:  AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE/4) OF SECTION TWENTY-FIVE  (25), TOWNSHIP TWENTY (20) NORTH, RANGE TWO (2) EAST OF THE INDIAN MERIDIAN
        Council approved 5-0. 

b.      ORDINANCE NO. 3327:  AN ORDINANCE ZONING ANNEXED PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE/4) OF SECTION TWENTY-FIVE (25), TOWNSHIP TWENTY (20) NORTH, RANGE TWO (2) EAST OF THE INDIAN MERIDIAN AS “A”, AGRICULTURE DISTRICT
Council approved 5-0.

c.       ORDINANCE NO. 3328:  AN ORDINANCE REZONING A PORTION OF A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 799 EAST MERCURY AVENUE FROM IG, GENERAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, TO NTZ, NEIGHBORHOOD TRANSITION ZONE
Council approved 5-0.

d.      ORDINANCE NO. 3329:  AN ORDINANCE REZONING A PORTION OF A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 799 EAST MERCURY AVENUE FROM IG, GENERAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, TO CS, COMMERCIAL SHOPPING DISTRICT
Council approved 5-0.

e.      ORDINANCE NO. 3330:  AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE STILLWATER CITY CODE,  BY AMENDING CHAPTER 29, MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC, ARTICLE I, IN GENERAL, BY CREATING SECTION 29-21, TEXTING WHILE DRIVING-DEFINITIONS, AND BY CREATING SECTION 29-22,TEXTING WHILE DRIVING
          Council approved 5-0.

Stillwater Economic Development Authority Meeting (SEDA)

The October 5, 2015 meeting of the Stillwater Economic Development Authority is cancelled.
