b. Lease extension between City of Stillwater & Oklahoma State University for the flight center facility at 1818 W. Wright Dr. on the Stillwater Regional Airport
c. Acknowledge receipt of Permit No. WL00006014099, Country Club Waterline Relocation, from Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality for the construction of 72 linear feet of 2.5 inch PVC, 87 linear feet of 4 inch PVC, 407 linear feet of 6 inch PVC, 10,050 linear feet of 8 inch PVC, 536 linear feet of 8 inch HDPE, 167 linear feet of 10 inch HDPE, and 794 linear feet of PVC for water line distribution and all appurtenances to serve the City of Stillwater, Payne County, Oklahoma.
d. Budget amendments reflecting donation revenue and expenditure for Stillwater Public Library.
e. Memo to set hearing date of July 21, 2014 for closing of easement at 2399 N. Perkins & 798 E. Lakeview.
f. Memo to set hearing date of July 21, 2014 for closing of platted rights-of-way and easements located on property adjacent to 12th Avenue in vicinity of Medical Center and Washington School.
g. Lease agreement between City of Stillwater and Stillwater Medical Center for property located at 907 W. 12th Ave.
h. Temporary easement at property addressed as 907 W. 12th Ave. for the use of the Stillwater Medical Center Authority including construction access with the right of ingress and egress onto the adjacent property of Stillwater Medical Center and for the purpose of storing materials related to the construction of hospital and health care related services.
i. Budget amendment to transfer funds to Stillwater Utilities Authority for street repairs during sewer line reconstruction project in College Gardens.

a. Receive public comment regarding a request for a Specific Use Permit for a counseling service at property addressed as 607 W. Highpoint Dr.

b. Receive public comment regarding a request for closing a portion of a utility easement at 1400 N. Boomer Rd., 1298 N. Knoblock St.
