Stillwater Utilities Authority is called to order.
General Orders

a. Amendment No. 1 City of Stillwater / Stillwater Utilities Authority Extension of Lease Agreement and Operation and Maintenance Contract dated April 1, 1979.

Trustees approve 5-0.

b. Sole source purchase and installation of metering / communication equipment at Boomer Lake Station.

Trustees approve 5-0.

SUA adjourned 5-0

Stillwater City Council is called to order.

Executive Session

a. Confidential communication regarding labor negotiations with Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #102 CWA Local 6012.

b. Confidential communication regarding labor negotiations with International Association of Firefighters Local #2095 

Motion to move into Executive Session was approved 5-0.

City Council returned from Executive Session. No action taken.

General Orders

a. Consider setting June 17, 2013 as the date for public hearing to consider a request to close a portion of Henderson Street located on property addressed as 400 S. Drury Lane.

Council approves motion to set June 17, 2013 as public hearing date with a vote 5-0.

b. Consider cancellation or rescheduling of the City Council regular meeting of May 27, 2013.

Council approves rescheduling meeting to Thursday, May 30, 2013 with a vote 5-0.

c. Amendment No. 1 City of Stillwater / Stillwater Utilities Authority Extension of Lease agreement and Operation and Maintenance Contract dated April 1, 1979.

Council approves with a vote of 5-0.

d. Council discussion of fiscal year 2013-14 draft budget with City Manager and staff. 
Council asked question to the city manager and staff about various items on the City's draft budget. No action was taken on this item.
First reading
Ordinance No. 3230 - Council approved 5-0.

City Council adjourned.
