Study Session Recap: April 30, 2012

Held at the City of Stillwater Community Center, the meeting began with the Stillwater Utilities Authority Study Session and the Guernsey findings on the southwest water pressure issues.

General Orders.

Council discussion on the Fiscal year 2012-2013 budget. The council asked that money reallocated for street improvements.
