Public Hearings

a. Receive public comment regarding a request by P&T Investments, LLC, Deborah Scott Pappas, for a Map Amendment to rezone 424 W. 9th Avenue from RT (Residential Two-Family) to O (Office).

One request to speak in favor on this item.

Planning Commission voted 5-0 to approve the Map Amendment. 

Council approves Planning Commission's recommendation 5-0.

General Orders


a. Approval and authorization for the Mayor to sign memorandum of understanding between City of Stillwater, Stillwater Chamber of Commerce, Stillwater Industrial Foundation, and Oklahoma State University to create the Stillwater Economic Development Advisory Council.
