Stillwater Industrial & Redevelopment Authority (SIRA) Oct.  24, 2011, Meeting

City Manager Dan Galloway and the Board Trustees discussed economic development. The meeting ended with Mayor Nathan Bates and City Councilor John Bartley agreeing to serve on  a SIRA retail economic  development ad hoc committee.
