Jerry Moeller, CEO of the
Stillwater Medical Center presented proposed changes to the trust indenture.
A resolution will be brought back
to the City Council at some time in January.

to form-based codes
Development Services Director
Paula Dennison introduced zoning for form-based codes. Dennison asked for
permission to begin drafting an ordinance to replace the eight zones in the
area.
Councilor Pat Darlington was in
favor of using form-based codes in the area. The rest of the council echoed
Darlington’s approval.

mayor of the City of Stillwater, Okla., a municipal corporation, to sign and
issue an election proclamation calling for a primary and general election in
the City of Stillwater

Western District, Oklahoma; direct City Attorney’s Office to undertake initial
representation of the officers; authorize City Attorney to engage outside
counsel for these officers if any conflict of interest develops.
